Upon purchase, gift vouchers can be delivered via:

  • Email: Sent to your registered email address or the recipient’s email.
  • WhatsApp: Delivered directly to your WhatsApp number or the recipient’s.

Voucher validity varies by Experience. Specific validity details are mentioned on each Experience's page.

Refunds and cancellations depend on the Experience provider’s policies. Check the cancellation policy on the Experience's page.

To redeem a voucher:

  • Contact the Experience provider directly (details on your voucher).
  • Share your voucher code and preferred date.
