Each experience gift voucher is valid only for the period mentioned at the time of purchase.
Extensions beyond the validity period are not permitted.
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Once a voucher is issued, it cannot be modified to a different experience.

3. Booking and Redemption

Voucher holders must follow the booking instructions provided with their voucher.

Customers must adhere to the experience provider’s policies, including cancellation and rescheduling terms.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on the website are in INR.
Payments must be made online via the available payment methods.
In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.

We act as an intermediary between customers and experience providers and are not responsible for the quality or execution of the experience.
Unnwrap is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages incurred during an experience.

7. Governing Law
