Refund policy

1. No Refunds

• All purchases of Unnwrap digital gift vouchers are final and non-refundable.
• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a voucher has been purchased.
• Refunds and cancellations will be solely based on the experience provider’s terms and conditions.

2. Experience Provider Cancellations

• If an experience is canceled by the provider due to unforeseen circumstances, Unnwrap will work with the provider to offer a reschedule or an alternative experience of equal value.
• No refunds will be provided in such cases.

3. Expired Vouchers

• Expired vouchers cannot be extended or reinstated.

4. Customer No-Shows or Late Arrivals

• If a customer fails to show up for a booked experience or arrives late, they may forfeit the voucher without any refund.
• Rescheduling due to customer delays is subject to the provider’s discretion.
